Bill Tandy and Company is a highly successful residential estate agency that was opened in Lichfield in 1996 by Bill and Jenny Tandy. They were joined in 1997 by Philip Hall FNAEA who now runs the company with three offices in Lichfield, Four Oaks and Burntwood together with an associate office at Park Lane, London. Concentrating on residential sales all the offices are managed by experienced estate agents who have successfully proved themselves over many years and in all market conditions.
