Lloyd Kenny BSc MRICS

I qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1987 and was initially working as a commercial surveyor for the early part of my career. I have been working as a Residential Surveyor for the past 20 years carrying out Mortgage Valuations, Home Buyer Reports and occasionally Building Surveys. I enjoy the great variety of people and property I encounter in my job on a daily basis, and everyday can be different. In my spare time, as well as spending quality time with my family, I love to travel, play my guitar and teach and participate in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
