I have over 17 years’ experience in the property industry as a Chartered Building Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer. My background includes providing a wide range of professional services including residential Valuations, RICS Homebuyer Surveys, Building Surveys and energy assessments. Other duties include undertaking Principal Designer roles, contract administration, dilapidations, condition surveys, Party Wall matters, defect diagnosis, acquisition surveys and as a CDM Advisor for a wide variety of clients.
