Having worked in the both commercial and residential property fields for many years this has given me a broad perspective of and deep knowledge of transactions. I joined Acres following selling my home with them and being impressed by the personal service, and attention to detail. Being very focused on my role this enables me to drill deep into a sales transaction, and get the answers needed to enable our buyers, and sellers to move. My role as sale progressor means that I have to be both dogged in the obtaining the information needed, and with dealing with solicitors, and clients mortgage arrangements to ensure the milestones that need to be reached get there quickly to make sure our clients sales and purchases move along as quickly and smoothly as possible.
